Cover your whole life, not one obsession: health, relationships, work, growth, joy. Mix images that produce a real emotional response (personal photos beat stock), a few concrete WOOP goals with deadlines, and short affirmations. Then put it somewhere you will see it every day — that is the point of the TV display.

Can I put video on a board?

Yes. Choose Video when adding a slide and search thousands of free clips from Pexels without leaving the app, or paste a YouTube or Vimeo link. Clips play muted and loop until the slide changes, so set the slide’s Display Time to just above the clip’s length — a bit longer and people see one clean pass, much longer and a short clip visibly repeats. Every search result shows its length, and the editor offers a one-click button to match the slide time to the clip you picked. To start a YouTube video partway in, copy its link "at current time" (right-click the video) and paste that — the slide starts right there.

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes — use the Continue with Google button on the sign-in or sign-up page. If you already created your account with an email and password and that email is your Google address, Google sign-in connects to that same account automatically — same boards, same plan. We never see your Google password.

How much can I upload?

Photos and clips you add through Search play straight from Unsplash or Pexels and use none of your storage. Anything you upload is kept in your media library and can go on as many slides as you like without using more space. Your usage is shown on the Subscription page.

What screens does it work on?

Computers, tablets, phones, and TVs — but the browser must be from roughly late 2022 or newer. On a television it is the BROWSER’s age that matters, not the set’s: built-in smart-TV browsers often stop being updated long before the TV stops working. The Vida Visions app is on Google Play for Google TV and Android TV and on the Amazon Appstore for Fire TV; a Fire TV stick is the reliable way onto any television and the one we support and test directly, and a computer on an HDMI cable also works. Apple TV cannot run the board on its own — Apple has never allowed a real web browser on it, and the browser apps sold for it only mirror from a phone or stream from a server, so another device has to stay on and connected. Use a stick there. Pairing takes one 6-character code. You can also embed boards on your own website.

Are there video guides?

Yes. Short narrated guides, a minute or two each, cover everything from your first board to connecting a TV. They appear on the Help Center under "Video guides" as they are published, and inside the app the small "?" beside a feature opens its article with a "Watch the guide" link when one exists. A guide plays like a board, on any screen; turn the sound on to hear the narration. Viv, the support chat, links the right guide when a question has one.

Can I ask questions before I sign up?

Yes — the chat button sits in the corner of every page. Before you sign in it answers the buying questions: what Vida Visions does, what the plans cost, what it runs on. Once you have an account the chat becomes Viv, who knows the whole product and can walk you through anything step by step. If you are already a member, sign in and ask there — Viv has the full picture. Either way support@vidavisions.com reaches a human.

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Your boards are private to your account — nobody can browse, search, or list them, and nothing appears publicly unless you turn on a share link or website embedding for a board (or show it on your mentor listing), each of which you can switch off instantly. One thing worth knowing: the image and video files themselves are stored at long, random web addresses. Nobody can guess or find one, but anyone you send a link to can open it, the same way a photo-sharing link works. That is also why your data export lists them as links. Mentors you connect can only access your boards while you allow it.
